Aug. 27 - Have you ever lifted a piece of plywood? It's heavy! It is almost all I (lisa) can do to pick one up and carry it.

Tim, first brings it from the pile
to the ladder, umphs it onto the
ladder while climbing on himself...

Then he starts pushing it
up the ladder step by step.
It looks pretty easy in the
pictures but after a few
sheets one's arms, shoulders and back start to ache and you wonder how you'll finish the whole !@#! roof.

He finally gets it on to the roof and then, standing on the top rung of the ladder, pushes it off the ladder into place. Finally he tacks it with the nail gun (another heavy item) and then, holding on to the peak of the roof, moves up and down the piece nailing it in place along the rafters.
